Graduate Studies Task Force Open House, Thursday, March 28, 2024

The Graduate Studies Task Force invites you to provide input on the current status and future vision for Graduate Education at Cal Poly Humboldt. An upcoming Open House will be an opportunity to share your thoughts about the strengths and weaknesses of our current programs, as well as provide input and guidance on changes you would like to see. Stop by Goodwin Forum (NHE102) on Thursday, March 28, anytime between 1-2:30 pm to discuss your ideas over refreshments. This open house is for all faculty, staff, and graduate students.

 

Decolonizing Sustainability Speaker Series - Thursday, March 28, 2024, from 5-6:30 pm

Please join us for the next Decolonizing Sustainability Speaker featuring Dr. Andrew Curley, Navajo Nation, University of Arizona. He will be speaking on: Carbon Sovereignty: Exploring the Energy Transition in Native North America from 5 pm to 6:30 pm in the Native American Forum (BSS 162). Open Forum for the Director of Academic Resources Search

Please welcome our first of three candidates for the position of Director of Academic Resources: Chris Wehan on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, from 1:30-2:15 pm, in Library Fishbowl (LIB 209),

The candidates have been asked to share their thought process and the steps they would engage stakeholders to address the issue of reducing the overall budget while selectively investing in growing academic programs.

Save the date for Innovation Summit 2024, on Wednesday and Thursday, May 1 and 2, 2024, at the Cal Poly Humboldt Library. Join the Summit for conversations and presentations about EdTech & Learning Skills in Digital Environments. Hear about innovative services and inspiring visions regarding the evolving learning landscape from EdTech, Higher Education, and Libraries, the challenges being addressed, and lessons learned.
