URPC Open Forum Recording

Thanks so much to each of you who were able to attend the URPC Open Forum that was held yesterday March 7, 2023. I appreciate the engagement of the campus community in asking questions and offering feedback. Save the Date: California Indian Big Time, Saturday, April 8, 2023

The California Indian Big Time and Social Gathering will take place on Saturday, April 8, 2023. More information is available on the ITEPP website and questions can be sent to Sasheen Raymond at ssr19@humboldt.edu.

 

Event Alert: Mariachi Lindas, Masterclass and Performances March 10-11, 2023

You are invited to hear an all-women group from L.A. called Mariachi Lindas who will be performing and teaching our student Mariachi de Humboldt in Fulkerson Recital Hall Friday, March 10, 10 am-3 pm. The group will also perform at Arcata Playhouse on Saturday, March 11, at 8 pm.

 

Faculty Academic Advising Training Update 

For those of you still looking for academic advising training, ACAC has posted the recordings and the slides from previous training and added three new training dates. Access videos or register for future offerings at ACAC's Faculty Training page. 

 

New Training Dates: 

  • Case Management and Proactive Outreach - Monday, March 20, 2023, from 2-3:30 pm

  • Advising at Humboldt - Tuesday, March 28, 2023, from 11-12:30 pm

  • DARS, Peoplesoft, and the Schedule - Tuesday, April 4, 2023, from 11-12:30 pm 

 

I hope you all have a good rest of your week. I will take a break from Provost Communications next week during Spring Break but will resume on Monday, March 20, 2023.
